SOLER holiday flat in Venice, Italy

The holiday flat is located next to and connected to Al Campaniel Guest House, a few steps from Campo San Toma, and one minute from the vaporetto stop.

It is a ground floor with a bedroom with a double bed ( air-conditioned in summer) and the entrance/living room with 2 single sofa beds with regular mattrasses. The small kitchen has two electric hobs, a microwave oven with grill, a toaster, a sink and a fridge. For shorter stays of 1, 2 or 3 nights, it also is stocked with ingredients for the preparation of a basic continental breakfast. The bathroom, with shower, has a bidet. A TV is available with one satellite news channel in English or other European language channels. It has central heating with temperature controls within the flat.

The flat is cleaned, and sheets are changed every 7 nights, and towels are changed every 3 nights.

It is listed as a 'unità abitativa ad uso turistico' (furnished lodging) by the 'Azienda Provinciale di Turismo di Venezia', the local tourist authority.

A third or fourth person would pay an extra 15.00 to 25.00 EUROS per night.
