SUPERIOR
DOUBLE ROOMS are larger in size, with internal/en-suite bathrooms with shower and are airconditioned in summer.

SUPERIOR TRIPLE ROOMS are with one double and one single bed, with internal/en-suite bathroom
with shower and airconditioned in summer
- Rates:
from 85 to 185 Euros (per night/per room/including v.a.t )
STANDARD DOUBLE ROOMS are smaller, each with their own private (non-shared) bathroom with shower next door to the room and airconditioning in summer. - Rates:
from 55 to 100 Euros (per night/per room/including v.a.t)
The rates include vat, continental breakfast, tea/coffee
making facilities in the rooms and airconditioning in the warmer months.
City tax is extra. The rates vary according to the season and length of stay. The maximum rate usually only applies
on some dates during the year when demand is extremely high in Venice.
Wireless free INTERNET connection is available in the rooms if your laptop or smartphone
are compatible.
